Weight loss is beneficial but at times it may have adverse effects on the body whereas fat loss only cuts off the fat and it is helpful for the body.

Weight loss Versus Fat loss

Weight loss is a body phenomenon where individual losses various particles from the body due to certain voluntary or involuntary situations. Voluntary situations include dieting or exercise and involuntary situation includes illness or stress.

Weight loss is also considered as losing various important constituents from the body such as water, muscles, fat, or loosing of bone strength. Muscle loss is harmful to the body and even it may cause death. Excessive weight loss may result in muscle loss which is harmful to the body. Exercises such as cardio exercise treadmill or stretching may sometimes result in water loss from the body. Old persons often suffer from various diseases due to loosing of muscles. The specialists suggest losing weight or fat but not muscles.

Losing water has various adverse effects that affect the body. The loosing of water may cause tiredness, muscle cramps, and various other disorders. There are several places that before weighing the weight make the person drinks a lot of water and then they will put the client into a kind of heat chamber and weigh their weight which will result in weight loss. This results in actually losing excessive water from the harmful body.

At times models or sports persons use this technique of water loss to reduce the weight but it is not suggested by the physician to lose water from the body. Next comes bone loss. It is considered to be a common issue among men and women as they grow older. Sometimes there is no loosing of muscles and water but the person seems to lose weight and this phenomenon occurs when the bones become weak. This causes different problems within the body. Women after the age of 40 loose bones rapidly almost at a rate of 3%.

Fat loss is referred to as loss of weight due to loosing of fat from the body. Scientific studies have justified this method of losing weight as it is necessary for good health. Fat loss can be of two types. The two types include subcutaneous or visceral fat loss.

Subcutaneous fat: Subcutaneous fat is found under the scheme this fat calculates the total body fat. This fat is beneficial in the area of thighs or buttocks. Subcutaneous fat is visible fat but this fat is hard to lose because of its function in the body. Consumption of high-calorie foods which if not get used results in this type of fat. Losing this type of fat is necessary not only for looks but also for body health.

Visceral fat: This type of fat is the one that surrounds the organs of the body this type of fat is harmful to the heart and it also contributes to cholesterol. This fat is harmful to the body though it can't be seen or can't be measured without any proper scanning. This fat leads to two types of death-causing illnesses such as stroke and high cholesterol. This fat results in thinning of blood vessels and inflaming of body organs. The blood pressure level may go up due to this kind of fat.

Quick fat loss

Quick weight loss or fat loss diet charts are harmful because there is no possible way or medicine that will reduce the fat or wait from the body within 10 to 15 days. Steroids even fail to reduce body weight so quickly. Such measures that reduce the body weight so easily are known as the quick weight loss or fat loss and this is harmful because it cuts off the water from the body and next the person looks thinner but tired. This cuts off the fat in a slow process but at first, it cuts off the water at a high rate from the body which results in hydration and various other diseases. Losing excessive water is harmful.

Ways of measuring fat

This machine measures the fat and the muscles and classifies the visceral and subcutaneous fat. The main focus to lose fat must be the visceral fat and the subcutaneous fat must also be reduced. The person needs to focus on losing fat and try not to lose weight by losing muscle and water from the body which may result in harmful body illness.
