The difference between the weight loss of both the persons will not be the same. The regimen will be different for both and as well the amount of weight they both will lose will be different.

The next factor is the activity that a person does. A person who has become fat because once he used to do exercise. But he has stopped it a few days ago. Again, a person who does no physical activities and just  sit in the office, will need much more time and effort to lose weight. But the person who was earlier subjected to a certain kind of physical activity will not have to face any such problems. They will be able to lose weight easily. 

Next comes the age, think about a person of 18-19 years who have become fat because of the lack of physical exercise. He will lose weight more easily than someone who is double his age, or who is 40 years old. The main reason behind this is metabolic activities. A younger person has a better rate of metabolism than an older person. 

Weight loss theory for persons with problems of weight due to several factors.

As the blog has discussed earlier that a person losing weight matters according to age. So this topic will tell us about the theory of how a person would lose weight. First things first, if a person has polycystic ovary disorder or any such body disorder they may also follow the same regimen. 

Firstly a person only attending a balanced quantitative diet would not be able to lose weight in a huge amount. To lose weight, a person also needs to do various exercises that would help them to reduce weight.

A person will have to strictly follow a routine of weight loss exercise regularly. Exercising is not only needed for losing weight but is also necessary for several other body factors. Persons above the age of 40 must keep their weight highly maintained. Heavy weight is also a home for various diseases. It may even cause heart-related problems.

When a person follows the diet plan he must keep in mind to remove the carbohydrates and the calories from his diet. Though a person cannot cut off his social life because of the fact they are losing weight and so he must stay in contact with his pediatrician and often his gym trainer.

Before attending a party he must make sure from this person whether it will be safe for him to eat calorie-rich foods for one day at the party. He must also ask his trainer if due to some problems whether he can skip his exercise for a day or not. 

Weight loss theory for persons in their 20s 

A person in his early 20s or after his 20s can easily lose weight. Though the person needs to follow some basic routine. Exercising may not be a necessity for a person to lose weight he may even lose weight just by attending a perfect diet. A person at this age has an active metabolism and so they may lose weight very easily.

Though exercising is important for other body functions. It helps in minimizing other body problems such as hypertension, diabetes, and various other diseases. It also helps a person to stay healthy. It helps in increasing muscle strength and so exercising is necessary. Though if a person aims only at losing weight they can easily do it by just maintaining a balanced diet.

As we have launched into a conclusion, it can be concluded that losing weight in one month is not impossible. It requires some extra time and effort to reduce weight. Though the weight loss theory may be different from the others. It has several factors that determine this weight loss. So a person would just need to do the bare minimum according to their weight.

A person of 40 will not lose the same weight as a person of 20 within the same time. A person with more weight will lose weight in small amount within the given time.
