A woman should go to the gym, but still, it needs to be according to the different stages of her life. As a woman goes through several phases, the exercises they will do should also be done accordingly. The different phases of her life are: 

Age group 8-14: The age group between8-12 can do various exercises including cardio exercises and lifting. Cardio exercises include skipping, cycling, jumping, and many other exercises to help maintain better cardiac health. Females of this age are suggested to exercise because it is also known as the growth age. Woman of this age goes through the puberty stage, and estrogen is introduced into the body; hence it may result in weight gain. To maintain this weight gain, women of this age are suggested to exercise.

Age group 17-20: In the age group between17 to 20 is also known as the last stage of the teenager, and during this period, the women must go to the gym. During this period they suffer through a lot of physical and mental pressure or changes which may result in weight gain and to maintain this weight gain it becomes necessary to do exercises. Women of this age may face diseases such as polycystic ovary disorder (PCOS) and thyroid, which results in excessive weight gain. Good body exercises in a gym or a home with the help of a professional guide are helpful. 

Age group 25-30: During this age, the gunman enters a new phase of life like marriage or the workplace. The new stages cause a lot of problems in their lives, including excessive stress related to the workplace or social anxiety, and this indirectly results in weight gain. Exercise reduces stress and is better than putting up with some medicines to reduce stress. Stretching and various other activities like weight lifting are often considered to be beneficial.

Age after pregnancy: During pregnancy, various restrictions are imposed on the women, but during milk feeding, it is recommended to do exercise to reduce the gaining of weight. This contributes to better body metabolism and maintains the shape of the body. 

• The age group of 40-50: Women during this age face many bone-related problems. It is often suggested that it is necessary for women of this age to join a gym. In the case of males also it is important to join genes at this age. Females are preferred to do muscle exercises and strengthening as well as stretching which increases their muscle metabolism and good health. Women this age need to join the gym for strengthening their muscles.

Old-age: Women in their old age faces a lot of problem including bone problems thyroids cardio problems and other help problems due to the influence of medicine. To decrease their calorie and maintain their excessive weight gain women of this is a required to do regular exercises as it helps in better metabolism and maintains the cardiovascular health. The risk of heart attack increases at this age and so maintaining a good heart is very important.

The necessity to join a gym or do exercise

A woman must do exercise because of the various problems they face. It often becomes difficult for women to lose weight, and for that, multiple reasons are included. The reason that restricts them from losing weight is: 

  • Hypothyroidism: It is seen in many women who suffer from various diseases; one of the most common diseases in them is hypothyroidism when two sentient faces problems due to the slowing down of metabolism. When a person is suffering from hypothyroidism, the thyroid gland becomes unreactive, which results in slowing down metabolic activity and contributes less to gaining extra weight. 
  • Stress and pressure: The following reason, which is a prevalent issue in women nowadays, is the stress and the anxiety they have to take because of their excessively hectic daily life. 
  • PCOS: it is another very common type of issue that is seen in a woman. This disease is caused because of a small infection that forms in the ovary of a female. They contribute to gaining weight. 

Doing exercises is necessary because: 

Importantly a woman needs to do exercise to lose weight and it should be done regularly because of the various problem they face. Already it is difficult for a woman to lose weight because of the body conditions they have to go through. There are also several diseases that a diagnosed in a woman after a certain age and a few of such diseases include osteoporosis, weakening of bones, and losing muscles.

Maintains better cardiovascular health. Working out, maintains cardiovascular health and improves blood circulation this keeps a check on the blood pressure. Exercising is required to reduce all of these problems and help a woman live a better lifestyle. Stamina stands out to be one of the most necessary factors of a human being and during any age, it is necessary to have good stamina that may defeat the diseases and make the person healthy. A person who works out generally has better stamina and hence they become powerful and can defeat any kind of disease or body problems easily.

The study says that a woman should hit the gym. But only the gym would not work and they must also get subjected to a healthy diet. A woman has to go through a lot and exercising will help them to fight the odds even when everything will be falling apart. Exercising should be done according to their age and the phase she is going through.
