Many parents follow many myths that if their child is not tall it's because of the heavyweight bags or the heavyweight exercise they do but it is a myth as height is not about these factors it only depends on the genetic grouping. The impact of genes on individual height is determined by heritability. It also predicts the individual height of a child when they grow adult through the height of the child’s parent.

Factors about doing heavy weight exercises 

The medical and the health line is full of myths and truths. One such myth is that heavy weight exercises prevent the growth of height in children. The scientific researchers do not support the idea of preventing the growth of height in children is done to any kind of heavy weight exercise.

Heavy weight exercise does not prevent height growth despite that it has a lot of benefits. It supports the increase of strength and bone strength within a child. It decreases the risk of any kind of fractures or reached that is related to sports injuries. When a child is small they have flexible body parts and if they work out or do any kind of exercise it will help them to have metabolic body growth and growing strength in their body. This myth of heavy weight exercises affecting the height came from the idea that the growth plates in immature bones may get injured.

The doctor suggests that parents promote exercising within a child through the various exercises. The exercises should be done under the supervision of the adults and they must be carried out in a slow process. Similarly carrying heavy bags to the school also does not stop the growth of the child. Heavyweight is not related to high problems. The schools won’t decrease the loads of the bag to support the child, he or she may do heavy lifting exercises that would help them to carry those bags with ease.

Why is exercising necessary for children’s 

Physical exercise is necessary for children because it promotes healthy growth and development among them. A child who exercises regularly has stronger bones and muscles. It also helps in improving the child's cardiovascular fitness. It promotes better concentration skills among the children. It is said that the more active child tends to have a better physical condition in the future. It is often believed that persons who do the heavy lifting in the Olympics have small heights but it is a myth as they are physically fit so they have thinner thighs and thin muscles in the hand which are stronger than thicker muscles and helps the body to do heavy lifting very easily.

The metabolic activities within the body are promoted by the physical activities they do. Nowadays the world has become technology smarter and we can see that the children are busy on their phones rather than busy playing which is a disadvantage for them. They have a decrease in their physical activities which causes various problems in their body including sugar, pressure, and gaining of weight which is harmful. Doing regular exercises prevents this kind of body problem in them.

Necessary exercises for children 

Various exercises are necessary for the children that help them to maintain their health. The exercise includes running. Running is one of the most important exercises for children to do as it increases the rate of metabolic activities within the body. It helps to have a healthy heart and lungs and improves the blood flow within the body.

The next comes jumping which is another essential body activity for the children. It helps in developing balance and coordination and strengthens legs and core muscles. Lightweight exercises such as skipping, cycling, and squirting are also essential for body movements and the physical health of the body. It helps the child to develop the body muscles. These activities are not only beneficial for physical health but also help in improving mental health.
